After starting his professional career with the State Bank of Zurich in 1978 he served in the foreign service as a Secretary to the Swiss Embassies in Paris and Tokyo for 5 years. The following 10 years he spent with Union Bank of Switzerland UBS in Zurich, Toronto and Zug. He concluded his career with UBS as a First Vice President and local Deputy Head of Private Banking. He then worked for a large European bank and managed their private banking branch in Zug before founding his own asset management firm. He finished his secondary studies with a postgraduate diploma in banking from the Swiss Banking School Zurich.

Marcel Fuhrer, Partner, Certified Portfolio Manager & Financial Analyst CEFA

Mr. Fuhrer is responsible for the technical portfolio management and the strategic analyses. After gaining a profound training at the CREDIT SUISSE Group he acquired further experience as securities trader at an asset management company in Zurich followed by a 15 year period as portfolio manager with Dexia Privatebank (Switzerland). Marcel acted also as a member of Dexia‘s Investment Commitee. He has a diploma degree as a Chartered European Financial Analyst.
